This is a short policy because we collect very little data. Here's everything you need to know.
The SimpleImporter WordPress plugin does not send any data to us. Period. There are no tracking pixels, no usage analytics, no license-check pings, no telemetry of any kind. The plugin makes zero outbound requests to our servers on its own.
The only external HTTP requests the plugin makes are ones you explicitly trigger, for example, when you ask it to download a product image from a URL during an import. Those requests go to whatever URL you provided, not to us.
This means we have no idea who's using SimpleImporter, how often, or what they're importing. That's intentional.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. This is standard server-level logging. We don't read these logs unless we're investigating a security issue.
We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking script. The site is static HTML, no cookies are set by us.
When you purchase SimpleImporter Pro through our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy), Lemon Squeezy collects the information necessary to process your payment: your name, email, billing address, payment method details, and country (for tax purposes). They store this data; we receive a notification of the sale and your email address so we can deliver your license.

We keep support emails in our inbox for as long as needed to help you, plus a reasonable retention period for reference. We don't share these with anyone.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify Pro customers via email. Minor wording fixes don't get notifications.
